The team was formed by Amir Hisyam who firstly recruit Mohd Asrul and Alwi early 2010. Then he luckily meet Ilman who become the key to the team with his skills and accuracy. Later on Zulkifli becomes the team's greatest goalkeeper after being persuaded by Amir to join the team. With Amir, Asrul, Alwi, Ilman and Zul in the team, they're known as the original five.
The First Tournament
Kelab Sukan & Rekreasi(KSR) DCA KLIA held a futsal tournament for its member. The team won the 3rd place in their 1st tournament as Black Tiger FC.
